The apartment was big and clean, staff were friendly despite language barriers. Easy check-in and check-out, and super close to all major tourist sites. Felt safe around the area , too.

The idea to include a microwave oven, a coffeemaker, and refrigerators in the apartment was nice. The hotel was in a magnificent location close enough to such major attractions as the Museo de Oro, Botero Museum, central plaza, as well as the centre.

The staff were amiable and helpful lot of the time.

Simple, practical layout for families.

Many items in the room felt outdated, like the kitchen equipment which was almost unusable. The fridge had issues freezing everything solid, and there were reports of unpleasant odors outside from the street nearby. Wifi connectivity varied significantly, preventing multiple devices from working at once. Lastly, the floor in the bedroom was not clean. My kids ended up with dirty socks from walking around.

the service was good with a quick check-in. the rooms with a cut up sofa and a separate bedroom, as example were well laid out and large. also, location was marvellous and magnificent, at a short distance from a prominent museum.

The location was favourable and the staff was very helpful and really helpful during the whole stay! All the dishes were excellent, nevertheless you can visit nearby Revellion...

The apartment was spacious and perfect for our family with children. We appreciated the two bathrooms, very convenient . The city view from our balcony provided a lovely backdrop to our mornings. The location made it easy to explore local attractions, and the cleaning staff kept everything tidy and fresh.

We very much enjoyed our spacious apartment with two bathrooms that were very convenient for our party of four. The fully equipped kitchen made family meals easy, and we appreciated the balcony where we could relax after a day of exploring. Its central location allowed us to access countless restaurants in the area's Historic District and visit all the major tourist sites without any hassle. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist whenever we had questions.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with how the cleaning staff kept my room super clean each day and the fun local vibe with groceries and restaurants just a short walk away. The public bath offered a great way to unwind, and there's also a nice sauna to chill out in. Only bummer was the water being a bit lukewarm, but that's just how it is around here 😊
